What we process
Preper has no user accounts and sells nothing. We only process:
- Emails you send us: your address and message, so we can reply (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering). We keep them for up to 2 years.
- Technical browsing data collected through cookies or similar technologies by the third-party services below, only with your consent where the law requires it.
- Your checklist ticks and country choice are stored only in your browser (localStorage). They never reach us.
Third-party services
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd.) shows ads. With your consent it may use cookies for personalized ads; without consent it shows non-personalized ads. Consent is managed through a Google-certified consent platform. See how Google uses data.
- Google Analytics (if enabled), with your consent, for aggregated traffic statistics.
- Affiliate programmes (such as Amazon Associates, 2Performant, Profitshare): when you click an affiliate link, the network and the shop may set cookies to attribute the commission. That processing is described in their own policies.
- Hosting is provided by Google Cloud, which may log IP addresses in technical logs for security.
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your country.
